What it is

Synthetic 28-aa version of natural thymic hormone Thymosin α1. Approved in 30+ countries (e.g., Zadaxin) for chronic hepatitis, sepsis adjunct, vaccine adjuvant and immune support.

Mechanism of action

Activates TLR-9, restores T-cell/NK function, modulates dendritic cells, and rebalances Th1/Th2 immunity.
