What it is

Non-selective melanocortin agonist used recreationally for sun-tan induction. Closely related to PT-141 but with stronger MC1R (pigmentation) and MC4R (libido/appetite) effects.

Mechanism of action

Activates MC1R on melanocytes (eumelanin synthesis) and MC4R / MC3R centrally (libido, appetite suppression).
